1. Site visit and moisture assessment

We check existing paint condition, tile adhesion, woodwork, and ventilation. We identify any mould, damp patches, or failing areas before painting begins.

2. Mould treatment

Any mould present is treated with a fungicidal wash. We allow adequate dwell time before rinsing. Skipping this step means mould regrows under the new paint.

3. Surface preparation

Peeling paint is removed. Bare plaster or board is primed. Tiles are degreased and abraded where tile painting is in scope. Woodwork is sanded and spot-primed.

4. Paint application

We apply moisture-resistant primer across all surfaces. Finish coats follow with adequate drying time between each. Ceiling is finished first, then walls, then woodwork.

5. Final check

We inspect coverage, check for any missed areas, and confirm the room is properly ventilated before closing the job. You can shower again after 48 to 72 hours.
